OUR HISTORY

Beautiful Gate Parish is a part of the international network of churches called The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), one of the largest and fastest growing Pentecostal churches in the world. It started in 1952 with just twelve (12) members. The founding of the church, was a fulfillment of God’s desire for a model church that would re-energize other churches – an umbrella church for redeemed brethren the world over.The goals of RCCG are as follows:•It is our goal to make it to heaven•It is our goal to take as many people as possible with us•In order to accomplish our goals, holiness will be our lifestyle.•In order to take as many people with us as possible, we will plant churches within five minutes walking distance in every city and town of developing countries; and within five minutes driving distance in every city and town of developed countries.•We will pursue these objectives until every Nation in the World is reached for JESUS CHRIST OUR LORD.
